I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway, tram stops to the city, and even the Essendon Private hospital. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by the staff, who were incredibly helpful and generous with their time. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, and I appreciated having access to a washing machine and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added an extra touch of luxury, and I enjoyed dining in the comfort of my own room.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and the facilities provided were excellent.

Apartments are big and comfortable and although on Keilor road which is reasonably busy with trams etc there is no noise to be heard in the apartment. Easy access from basement carpark via lift direct to your floor, no charge for parking, pick up from airport offered free of charge at the time I booked. Foxtel channels have more than a lot of hotels offer as in some of the movie channels and there is no charge for this. Easy access to Melbourne with tram stop a short walk from front door. Whilst no food service available from the apartments itself there is a very nice place called Cafe Stregga directly accross the road. Plenty of restaurants within a short distance either walk or a few tram stops.
Could not access the free Wifi as I could not get the front desk to answer the phone to get logon password, but to be fair this would of been around 9.30am and they could of all been dealing with leaving guests etc, but free Wifi is offered so get your password on booking in. The large comfortable modular couch was rather grubby and needs a good clean but there is a nice fluffy blanket on the bed that serves as a great couch cover if this bothers you. So not really complaints as such just niggles.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was new and modern. The location was great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants and close to public transportation. We also liked that there was free parking available for guests.
Our Christmas stay was not what we had hoped for. The apartment was not clean upon arrival and the kitchen was poorly equipped, making it difficult to prepare meals.

The hotel facilities were excellent - I had everything I needed for a perfect holiday. The parking was safe and secure, which gave me peace of mind during my entire stay. Additionally, the transportation was easily accessible; tram stops were nearby, providing a hassle-free journey to the city.

Ben was a fantastic host. He was full of information and very helpful. The apartment was very nice and met our requirements. We would defiantly stay again.
In our room under the soap holder was grotty and needed to be cleaned.

This city accommodation has an enviable location, conveniently situated near the airport and private hospital, in addition to being readily accessible by tram. the rooms are generously sized and outfitted with all necessary amenities, from large comfortable beds to modern showers. the accommodating reception staff provides prompt and friendly service.
There is some inconsistency in the cleanliness of the carpets throughout the rooms.

It was very convenient to public transport with the tram stop right outside the door. Even though it was only three floors, there was a lift which went right down to the underground car park. It was very spacious with plenty of room for the seven of us. It was close to kfc and McDonalds which the younger ones liked.
There was only one toilet and that was in the bathroom so it was a little inconvenient at times with seven of us staying there.

Under cover, secure parking
The lounge was filthy - it was covered in stains. It was so bad we didn't sit on it at all.

Great Location and Amenities During Easter, I stayed in a hotel that had fantastic amenities and was located in a prime location. the room was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a stove and a microwave. the dining area had a large table and enough space for everybody. the living area was also roomy and had a massive HD flatscreen TV. the rooms had built, in wardrobes, which came in handy when storing our clothes.
Poor Maintenance Although the hotel had great amenities, maintenance was an issue. the windows had not been cleaned, and the carpets and couches were stained and grubby.

Handy to the airport. Had all the facilities of live in apartment. Including washing powder etc. We did also get a 2 bedroom apartment, after they lost our booking.
Our booking was lost. Not registered. Not very professional. No receipt given for our stay. Keys stopped working during our stay. Garage door stayed up and allowed anybody into the complex, so security was an issue.

I will never recommend nor stay there again. It was filthy, there were food marks on the carpet and a terrible smell. Heater didn't work and the receptionist should at least try to pull herself away from whatever it was she was doing and smile! Very unfriendly, disgusting place. There is no sence trying to be something you're not. It would take some gold- plating to hide the rest of the filth. Yuk! So glad we were only there briefly to catch a flight. Ps: I am a hotel manager.
Disgusting...filthly...smelling...unfriendly...yuk!
